How big do spaghetti-type worms get?

Found something in Hawaii that looked a lot like a spaghetti worm with three-foot-long tentacles. Did I find a mutant, or is there a species that's supposed to be that large?

No mutant. I've seen these a lot while diving in Hawaii and Australia. They always look like silly string to me.

Wait until you encounter a 5 foot bristleworm. You'll never be able to see our little hitchhikers the same again.

I was at the Steinhart Aquarium last week and saw a 6-inch isopod. It was a preserved specimen in a jar, and it still squicked me out.

I have a four-inch-long dried isopod specimen. It's awesome. I'd love to see more of them, even with the hook-claws... they're very cool.
Giant wormy things and buggy things don't tend to bother me, they're quite interesting. Now I wanna see one of those giant spaghettis out of the ground, I bet they look really cool. The ocean is a good place to find all the alien-looking things.
