very good and bad, i will go take pics and update the thread. they are super active but the skin ulcers are getting worst.

If it was indeed ich I would assume your anthias would be covered in white spots. Clownfish are much more hardy and disease resistant than most fish, at least when it comes to ich. Brook is a different story

the clown still has a tiny dot, less visible then before, all other fish still spot free 100%

at what point can i safely say that this is not ich.

I would say it's probably not ich then. Give it another day or two to be sure. Could just be Lympho.
