How can we level this monster?

..of course foam is going to level the tank a little. It will squish in high spots, and stay full in low spots ie.. Level out.. vs the tank Tilting on high spots.

The stand itself is assumed to be level. If there are rises on the surface where the tank sits high enough to make the tank unlevel, that is a serious problem. If the tank is not level due to the floor it is standing on, foam won't level the tank.

I couldn't imagine ever sitting a tank on a stand whose surface is so misfigured that it affects the levelness of the tank.
