How/Can you direct feed Zoas

i read that direct feeding a zoanthid colony can increase growth and improve coloration. is this accurate an if so how is this done and what is fed?

Most typical "zoas" will not benefot from target feeding. If they're what most in the hobby consider palys then you should have some luck, otherwise the smaller zoanthids can't really be "fed".
