How do Anemones eat fish?

I thaw it in the tank salt water for 10 mins, broke the piece in half and gave it to him...
I will skip food for her today and try giving her a much smaller piece tomorrow.. One reason I can think of is may be because I just fed her a day before and she was still full ...since they are suppose to be fed every other day or couple times a week.

I personally wouldn't spot feed more than twice a week, unless trying to make up for low light, or inducing splitting among BTA's.

I have 39x6 T5 VHO UV lights and the Rose is not moving from spot to spot. I'll rather have my clowns host it first then jumping into Splitting process.
