How do I catch a bi-color blenny?

I made a simple trap using a plastic soda bottle and baited it with food. It has been in the tank for two days now and only a snail has made its way in. I tried netting him but he is just too fast and has too many hiding places. Any other suggestions.

my bi-color likes a small hole in one of my pieces of rock he swims over and wiggles in tail first if I want to remove him I cover the hole with my hand and remove the whole rock That is how I caught him every time I upgraded to a bigger tank

i was going to suggest the same as So Cal. I fyou buy one of those cheesy barnacle rocks I bet he would go in and then you could just lift him out.
