How do I leave lights dimmed

My white LEDs are much brighter than the blues(im so glad now I went with 2x the amount of blues), I would like for them to stay at 80% intensity after the RampUp. Initially, I will be running a short acclimation lighting schedule. But eventually I would like for the white LEDs to rampup from 14:30-15:30 and stay on until 20:30 at 80% intensity, then rampdown until 21:30....then off
Is this the program I would use? My profiles are set for 60min, 0-80 intensity.

Set OFF
If Time 14:30 to 15:30 Then RampUp
If Time 20:30 to 21:30 Then RampDown

Yes, while the 1st statement is true the Apex will run the profile 'RampUp' and remain at the end intensity once ramp operation is complete. When the second statement comes true then the Apex will run the 'RampDown' profile (be sure to have the ramp values in the second profile to be backwards (start = 80 and end = 0) so the LEDs run down to 0.
