Small water changes and or turn off your rx and let the alk fall naturally. Your levels now are fine but if you see that 11dkh is affecting your corals then let it fall to 8-9. That's where I keep mine. Also if you search this forum your question has been asked numerous times and I have asked it myself. What is your CA level and your ph? In the mean time do not dose anything for PH if you were doing it.
Water changes are the only safe way to lower alkalinity rapidly. A mineral acid could be dosed, but they are dangerous to handle and an overdose could do a lot of damage.
