How do you change the clock time in ESL?

I was setting up my module and the time showed 8:42am but it was really 9:42pm. I tried to change it to custom and adjusted the time to current time and clicked on set. It said clock updated successfully but it keeps reverting back to 8:42am. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks!

I'm not sure what the deal was but it works now. Before, I was trying to update it on Safari using my MBP. Later on, I tried using Google Chrome on my PC laptop and it updated it like it should've. Don't know if it was a server, browser or OS issue.

I'm also having this problem. I have tried firefox and chrome both with no success. I've had to compensate for the difference in the schedule as a temporary fix but I would like to find a workaround.

This is the first we have heard of this issue. When setting the time using the Automatic setting, EcoSmart Live uses the time of your browser. As long as your computer is operating at the correct time, the time should be set properly. If you continue to see timing issues with your light(s), please contact our Customer Service department for troubleshooting.

I'm having this issue but worse.... when i set the time to the current time, say "4:20 pm" and hit set, it goes to a random time like "6:47".

When i go to change the time it shows the correct current time if you hit the "now" button, but still saves to something else completely....... am i doing something wrong?

I have the same issue mine is 11 hrs 42 mins behind my time and I also did the custom time set with no success using chrome

Has this problem been solved? I installed a new Radion Gen. 2 today and I am having the same problem, it's 5:42 pm and Ecosmart Live is saying it's 5:52 am. If I try to manually correct the time it just goes back to the original. I emailed Ecotech to ask for some direction but no response as of yet. For now I've changed the schedule to compensate but it's frustrating to have to do that with a new light. I wish I had another (reliable) means of setting up my light other than having to get stuck with a beta version of some new software.

I just adjusted for the time difference, it is annoying but still got my light to work. Mine is a Gen 2 also just set up today

I had an issue in December when initially setting up my Radions whereby I set them to turn on at 8AM and off at 10PM... They would turn on at 9AM and off at 11PM. As others have done, I've adjusted so now they turn on at 7AM and off at 9PM and all works just fine... Pain in the butt, but I haven't messed with it since December and it works fine.

Brad,

If you click in the clock field you should be able to select "Automatic" then "Set". From there, hit the "Program" button to save the changes.

Thanks Alex, ignore my post you have already helped me via phone call support.

Thanks again for all your help. I'm up and running smoothly.

Best,
Brad

Where is the clock field? Also having the same issue. I've had the clock pop up but don't know how I did it, lol. Anyway, I set the correct time, hit program but I think it's still off. Radions fired up an hour after they were supposed to.

I'm also having this issue and unable to manually set the clock. It says it has updated but then doesn't. I am exactly 12 hours off. I tried both Chrome and Safari. Running on a MacBook Pro - Mavericks.
