How do you get the Help Menu in ProfuLux Control to work?

How do you get the Help Menu in ProfuLux Control to work?

I have tried this under both Vista and XP (even down loaded the help program from MS for Vista) and am unable to get it to work?

I am using version 4.00 of the software.

ok, the plan is finishing the dimmable powerbar (seems we are nearly ready), then we will look after the DALI interface and after that we will start with software version 5.x

complete new user interface with built-in help
