Thanks for pointing that out. One thing I have noticed is that in many of the more developed tanks, Kalk alone is not enough. B-ionic alone can cost to much so CA Reactors are more prevalent. Right now I am using 2-part and my budget is a little too tight for a CA reactor. I was using Kalk but the reactor I had (DIY) was a poor performer to say the least. I am looking to replace it as a more cost effective solution to a CA reactor. In your .02, is this wise or should I save for the CA reactor. My tank is a mix of Softies, LPS and SPS. I don't place on any single coral type to dominate my tank any time soon.
