How does my chaeto look?

So I bought a ball of chaeto about the size of my fist around 3-4 weeks ago. It's gotten substantially bigger and takes up about 1/2 of the 30g tank.

I know squat about macro algae, so here are some pics. I know there are some white spots and I've heard white spots = dying sections.

Any advice and or comments are welcome.

The chaeto ball is sitting under 200w of power compacts at 6700k

looks like cheato... well a little brown compared to mine, may need some flow, or may just be camera... or may be low nutrients in system(not a bad thing)

Thats a good amount of growth. Ive been a little unlucky with chaeto. Ive had a baseball size bundle of chaeto for about....7 months now. It doesnt grow much bigger. My caulerpa, dragons breath, and graciliara are flourishing though and need frequent trimmings.
