How good is this Ballast?

I have found this ballast online and was going to order it but was not sure if it was an HQI or what. it says that it is a HID electric but that is it. on the page there is a PDF that tells all about it. i really dont know that much about ballasts and hope someone els will. please let me know as i am going to get 2 of the 250 unless any one thinks that they are not worth it.

Its an electronic ballast, not an HQI. I may fire ouble ended lamps, but electronics often under drive....

The only electronic combo that I have liked has been a reeflux lamp, on a coralvue electronic ballast.

Rod i have 2 reflectos that i good from a reefer buddy and i need ballast and bulb. i have 75 gallon and i want to know what would be a good idea for a ballast and bulb i want a more blue tint and i will also be running 2X 65 watt atinic and a 96 watt Atinic. so i was thinking of getting 14 or 15 K. let me know if you have anything that would work thanks
