How high/what PAR do you keep your Nuc. Greens?

I have nuclear greens in several spots in my 90g. some are in 600+ PAR others in low 300's. One colony up high is growing FAST and the other has polyps that appear to be splitting themselves in half.

The one down in the 300 range is open nicely but barely growing. Think it is safe to move the whole thing up?
