how high will it contiune to push at 700GPH before it looses push. like drops to 600 at 4' and so on

0 ft. A pumps max rating is at zero feet. Once you start adding pipes, elbows, ball valves, etc. your adding head pressure that will drop its output.

thanks, i wasnt sure about that, i guess all the hights that are mentiond are how high they go before they are usless. thanks again

Exactly! the listed max gph is at zero feet and over the max feet listed you get zero gph.
