Good morning remnants of the Wine Country Reefers.

How is everyone doing with the fires, smoke and high temps?

You ok? Tank(s) ok?

Wishing you safety and clean air!

I am fortunate to not have been evacuated. My power is on. Other than a lack of air conditioning and occasional smoke outside, my tank and I are getting by.

If only some of this could have a negative impact on aiptasia!!

Doing ok. Keeping a watchful eye on the evacuation map. Nano tank is still plugging along while the 75 build is almost ready for water and it's leak test.

How big are your aiptasia? I have file fish that will eat the small ones but does not touch the big ones. Let me know if you want to try him out.

Stay safe everyone and let's hope this latest round of fires gets under control soon and that we don't get anymore dry lightning!

Some of my aiptasia are GINORMOUS. But thanks for the offer.

Hi everyone. Doing OK here. Seems like the worst of the heat is over for a while. Tanks survived. Highest temp was 82.6 last Tuesday. Quite a change from the normal 77-78.

Looking forward to a big rain storm to wash all the crap outa the air!!

Yes, a significant rainfall would be a welcome cleanser of the air.

Would also like to rinse all the ash from everything.
