How long before I can buy carpet anemone?

I was wondering how long I should have my system going for before I can try adding a carpet anemone?

anemones need established tanks with near perfect water parameters for at least 6-9 months minimum. flow and lighting are a major factor also. there is an anemone thread in "new to the hobby" forum by Jonathon Bertoni that will help you out. have a great Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year!
