how long did you wait before adding any corals or anemones????????????????????

Corals, ok as soon as your tank chemistry is stable, depending on your lighting. Anemone---wait about 9 months: they're incredibly fussy and prone to get up and float around stinging everything in sight when annoyed. If your light is as good as t5, if you want something anemone-like, I'd recommend a hammer or frogspawn. They're hardy, tolerant, and do get the type with heads rather than the 'wall' formation. Heads are easy to frag off and trade if it outgrows its tank: wall is very hard to frag. Another good coral: candycane. It changes radically at feeding time, and grows rapidly.
