How long do occelaris clowns live?

I've had quite a few pairs. It all depends on alot of factors and you never can be sure.

I havnt had my clown attack me. Amd it just got an anemone to play in too. And they have teeth?!?!?!

My female is 28 years old. Same age as my son, so it is easy to remember. Her mate is about 16. She still lays eggs ever lunar cycle. I did notice that during the removal &
major cleaning of every rock in the tank over the last two days, she no longer bites me : )

She's getting up there. That's pretty close to some of the oldest records.

I have had my ocellaris (always only had one) for over 20 years. She is captive raised and I was told when I got her that based on the size she was about 6 months old. I just consider New Years to be her birthday and she will be 21 in a few months.
