How long do you run your lights?

I've got a 6-bulb T5. 3 antic 3 white (I want to make it 4 white 2 blue).

Just wondering how many hours a day y'all run your lights. I have a mixed 55 narrow reef tank. Thanks!

8hours at night in sump w 100 watt bulb for chaeto and ph stability

I run my blues 14 hrs, 12 daytime, 8 hr fuge on opposite light cycle

I run mine at 12on/12off and have since the beginning, a bit over 25 years now.

12 on/12 off ..... since 1988. Most corals come from locations close to the equator which, surprise surprise, means 12 and 12 .

I run mine for only 8 hours and have great growth and health of my corals. They get indirect sunlight thru windows at the front of my home in the morning which basically creates a natural sunrise and the corals do react accordingly (not direct sunlight which is bad)

I use all ATI T5 bulbs. Any time longer then that, I've experienced cyano blooms. I had them on for 9 hours/day before and noticed a difference switching to 8.

I always do 8hours MH, with the actinics coming on 2hrs before and shutting off 2 hrs after halides go off. I have had a lot of success with growth/color.
