How long have you kept Twinspot goby (Signigobius biocellatus)?

This afternoon, I lost one of my Twinspot goby (Signigobius biocellatus , Crab-eye goby).
I brought this lovely pair from a shop just one week before.
The other one is eating frozen copepods on the sand and looks OK.
I like to hear how long have you successfully keep Twinspot goby in your tank?
And is there any experience to find another mate for this goby?

I've heard that this goby doesn't live long without the mate.
Is that true?

I just bought one and he is doing a great job of cleaning up my sand, but he isn't eating frozen foods, hopefully he starts or he might end up starving. I will give him to someone with a bigger tank before i let that happen though.
