How long should I keep aiptasia-killing kalk past on/by zoanthids?

Hey guys!
I got some birthday zoas a few weeks back that unfortunately had some aiptasia hitchhikers. They were pretty small, but some were right in the middle of some zoa clusters. I was luckily able to quarantine the zoas in a hanging container that's currently in the tank. They've been in for about 4 weeks (I've been away at school and haven't been able to work on them) without any flow, just small water changes and the zoas are doing fine. Today I used kalk-paste on the aiptasia around the zoas, and was wondering how long I should leave the paste on the rock/zoas. I worry because there's no flow in the small container, and I used quite a bit of kalk on the small rock (probably about 2 tsp total). I'm assuming the paste won't flow off quickly, and I worry about a high calc content in the container's water. How long does it take for aiptasia to die off with this stuff? How long is a safe amount of time to leave the stuff on there, maximizing the chances of no more aiptasia, but minimizing the chances of losing the zoas? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks for reading!

in my tank, when I kalk paste aipts, I usually turn off all the pumps for about 10-15 mins. Depends on the concentration you use I guess.
