how long should i use copper

I have now had my yellow wrasse in qt for a week. i had my blenny in there also, although he had no signs of ich, he passed three days later. the wrasse is not showing any spots and eating well. just wondering, how long should i have him in coppersafe before i start diminishing the copper and continue to keep him in for five more weeks.

I thought i would get a better response here since no one has helped me in the disease treatment forum.

what else should i feed him besides frozen mysis. he eats it, but it must be boring eating the same thing everyday.

I don't know much about copper treatment, but I'd add some frozen Formula 1 and perhaps some Cyclop-Eeze to the diet.

Three weeks or more is recommended when treating with copper.

okay thanks, i doesn't say on the bottle, it just says it's good for one month.
