How long to wait?

My 75gal tank has been running for 2 months now. I have 45 lbs of figi cured rock with 40lbs of Fiji base rock. I have live sand. Presently I am running t-5's (4@54 watts). I have a Maxijet 1200 mod and a tunze 6045 for circulaton I have just added a YS maroon clown and a goby and some mushrooms. My water contidions are 0 nitrites, 0 nirates, 0 ammonia, PH 8.12, and the temp is around 79. I was wondering how long should I wait before adding an anemone and do I have enough light?

Lighting is fine, min rec. is 6 mo's for nems.
