how long will a 6-line hide for

About 2 weeks ago i removed all my rock work and 3 bastard fish, and replace all the rock, since then my 6-line has been nowhere to be seen. I know that they will hide but 2 weeks??? whats the longest someone has had a 6-line hide for????

That seems excessive. A couple/three days maybe, but they are active and usually don't hide unless at night.
It might have jumped, gotten into an overflow, or possibly been harmed during the rock move. If it died, a good clean up crew would take care of any remains. Hope it shows up.

someone at a LFS said that they had one hide for 3 months which is crazy i think he was full of it. He couldn't jump out or into the overflows. I figured i have have put a rock on top of him. So no one has any experiences of one hiding longer than 3 days

my yellow coris dissapeared for a week and came back out of nowhere a few days ago looking all dazed
