How many hours if light for your nem?

Hi just wondering what other people doing? I started with seven upped it to eight for my gigantea, wonder if I should do more?

I'm running two 250watt 14k Hamiltons on ice cap ballasts

I do 10. I have two Kessil A350Ws and Kessil recommended 8-10 hours of light or day.

Its not a gigantea but I do 10 hours 110w T5HO

I do 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM. I leave early and get home late. I want to see my tank before and after work

12 hour days on both of my tanks with ramp up and ramp down throughout the entire day. Reefbreeder Photon on one, custom LEDs on the other.
