How many shrooms can you fit in a 90 gallon?

They all started from about 10 shrooms on a single rock. About 3 different rocks with the 3 or 4 different varieties.

Thanks for the good words, not many people see the office tank, all my meetings are in customers offices.

Very cool!! Obviously they like whatever you are doing so keep it up and dont change now.

Thanks for sharing

wow!! I have mushrooms in my 40 gallon and ever since I got the first of them last summer I've been anxiously waiting for them to make more...but it hasn't happened! after reading here I'm wondering too if maybe my water is too clean for them...I try to keep everything perfect, but apparently I should stop trying so hard haha

Wow i love your huge St. Thomas mushroom here! http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j128/antonio0808/Morph4.jpg
They look sort of like anemones sometimes. Yours is the prettiest one i've seen. I always thought i loved the green tentacled ones but your red one has changed my mind.
You're clearly a master at keeping these, i may call on you if i am luck enough to attain one someday.
Thanks for showing them.

Wow thats really sweet. I always loved mushrooms...i wish i could see that tank in real life. It must be hypnotic to watch all those shrooms sway in the current.

Please excuse my ignorance (im kinda new to this)but what type of coral is that in the upper left of the picture. I think that coral looks awesome. I am also a big fan of the mushrooms.
Thanks

The title of this thread gave me a flashback to freshman chemistry. How many floppy disks can you fit into a room that is 400' x 400' x 400'? Shudder.

Andy,

Can you tell me more about your 90 gallon? Do you have sump? What type of filtration do you use? Do you only add food and calcium to the tank? What type of calcium do you use? I know you only do a few water changes a year, but how much water do you change? What type of salt do you use? I am impressed and jealous. Keep up the good work.

Cheers,
Chris

You would be correct shrooms do not like "perfect" water they will live and be happy but will rarely sprout new buds do to lack of organics int he water.

nflores,

Is that your 180 or the 300 gallon? You just have two VHO bulbs over that tank? Can you tell us more about it and your maintenance service? Great looking tank.

Cheers,
Chris
