how much calcium hydroxide to be added for a a RO water cansister that will be feeding my auto topp off with kalkwasser
my tank is 132 gallon (500 litres)

Kalk water is saturated and you can't get more to dissolve at 2 teaspoons kalk per 1 gallon of rodi water. Many hobbyists start at around 1 teaspoon kalk per 1 gallon of rodi water.

That said - I don't think he meant to add 132 tsp to your reactor. I've been playing with a few reactors and am still trying to find the magic amount to keep in them. So far, I'm keeping about an inch of Kalk in the bottom.

Also, I've had issues on a tank where there is too much demand for top off water and the system wouldn't handle all the kalk going in. I built a simple bypass around the unit with a valve and can adjust the ratio of top off that is RO vs Kalk

How much kalk you use and whether or not you'll need other supplemenation from two part depends on consumption in your tank. Personally. kalk at 2 tsps per gallon does well for me. I'd start at 1 tsp per gallon of ro top off water as Cliff suggested and test the alk and calcium over a week or two to decide whether or not to amp it up. The salt mix you choose and frequency of water changes plays in too since various brands vary in alk and clacium content.

the reactor chamber is 1.5 litre
i added 5 big spoons to the reactor
and most setteled at the bottom
it stir up when water (under pressure) gos through it

The reactor chamber might need a bit more stirring. Could you describe the setup? Most have some sort of mixing device that turns on for a bit now and then.

it is an diy RO unit that i made it like reactor
the water flow under pressure from up to down >>>>> and it stirrs the alk during this operation

inside a additional canister before the mechanical folat valve

I don't know whether the water motion will provide enough stirring. If you have a pH meter, you could try to guess the concentration of the solution, or a conductivity meter with the right range would work, too.

perhaps a verticle piece of tubing with a t at the bottom connected to a couple 90's connected horizontally to stir the water in a circular motion as it is added at the bottom?
