How MUCH FLOW DO I NEED?

I have a tank that is
96 long
48 tall
30 deep

I was wanting to use a tunze setup with as few powerheads in the tank as possible. Or smaller ones under you decorative rock. Most of the tank will be SPS and I want quite alot of flow in order to get the water mixed very well and to the sump.

what do you think I should go with.

At a minimum you will want to use 2 6305's, this will give you about 27 times turnover an hour.
