How much flow is too much for tiny fish?

Anyone else here keeping tiny fish? I have decided to switch my microfish: Aeoliops megastigma, Trimma/Eviota gobies and the like to a 30g, in which I also plan to keep some sps. Is a small gyre, directed at the top of the tank going to create too much flow for these little guys? In the twenty gallon IM Nuvo fusion I have an upgraded return pump plus two nano powerheads.

I have pretty good flow in my 40 Breeder with two Vortech MP10. I've got a single Eviota Goby and a bunch of other nano fish--Barnacle Blenny, Yasha Goby, Red Spot Cardinals, Clown Goby. They all seem to be fine. When I run the MP10s at max speed they tend to swim for shelter, but they seem content with normal speed.

You can always slow down the gyre if you see them struggling.
