How much should I feed RBTA?

I just added a small Red Bubble-tip Anemone, about 2 inch diameter base to my mixed up reef.
It has settled into a spot and has not moved for a week. It opens nicely, but the tentacles are uniform diameter, not bubbled. It eats bits of shrimp a fish.
How much should I feed it to be sure it gets a healthy start in my tank? What size pieces?

I try to get as close to his recipe as conveniently possible when I make up a batch of food. I can feed every day if I want fast growth or not at all for little or no growth. Depends on what you want to achieve and if your system can handle the extra nutrients.

I like to feed the food in small pieces.

Amazing tank!

I'm not prepared to mix up that big a batch of food just yet, but I can start feeding many of the ingredients individually.
