how much trouble can a damsel make?

I have a lonesome blue and yellow damsel that lives in a 60-gallon tank that we will be getting rid of soon. I feel sorry for the fish as it has been solo for several months. I'm reluctant to add it to my established 90 because if it gets rambunctious, I'll never be able to get it out without tearing down my rocks. Does anyone have suggestions? I do feel sorry for it.

they can do a lot of damage lol if they got longer then 3 inches we couldn't swim in the ocean.

depends on the fish, blue yellowtail damsels tend to be less rowdy, but blue devils which can be blue and yellow are nasty, what kind is it exactly? I can say we have a blue yellowtail in our reef tank and it has been assertive but not aggressive.
