If they are stressed and bleached out I have seen them get that big, but return to normal when things are put right.
For the majority under normal conditions they are slightly under milk cap size.
ntfish - If all you want your corals for is to cut them up then yeah the bigger the size of the shroom the more fragable it is.
But size matters little if you have patience. I would rather have a larger quantity of smaller ones then a few bigger ones.
