How strong should my light be for a 14 gallon?

My tank is 19" long by 10" wide by 17" high and, as stated one of my previous threads, I plan to grow mushrooms, mushroom finger leathers and toadstools. Any idea on the wattage needed?

Id shoot for a min of 25 watts and that should be sufficient assuming 3W LEDS to ensure sufficient depth penetration..
Those are "lower light" but leathers can easily live/thrive in more powerful light too...
