How to catch a Eunicid worm

I confirmed last night I had one of these cool creatures. I need to get him out before he finishes of a frag of zoo's near his hole. How do I catch him?

Use a more appealing bait - some nice rotting fish or shrimp should do. Many people favor using a plastic soft drink bottle with the top portion cut off & inverted into the bottom to make a funnel. Put the bait inside then sink it by the worm's burrow. Once the worm is in pull the bottle out quick.
