Hi
I have a goby and pistol shrimp pair I would like to move to a newly set up 10g tank. Problem is how to get them out of their current tank, the burrow is under a rock which supports a lot of other rock. I am sure I can catch the goby since it almost eats from my hand. The shrimp on the other hand I have not seen in a long time, only reason I know it is still alive is the click of its claw when a hermit ventures near. the critter I am dealing with is a Randall's Pistol Shrimp - Alpheus randalli
I have no experience trying to catch inverts and only a few attempts with fish.
Any ideas on how to catch a shrimp that is rarely seen?
Thanks!
