How to catch my anthias?

How should I go about doing this? I have tried a net but she goes under this rock that supports all the other rock! How can i get her out? She has a wound so I have to get her out fast! thanks.

You could try making a fish trap from a plastic drink bottle. Not quite sure how to do it, but I think you just remover the label, fill with water, drop in some food then lay it on it's side on the bottom. Then you just wait. Of course, if your luck is like mine you will catch everything else in the tank before the one you need.
