How to connect Grounded Plug to Ballast?

Hello

I bought the IC660 retrofit kit with two 6' VHO bulbs.

I got the bulbs wired to the ballast all right...however...

The ballast has a square four-pin connector on it...
The ground plug has just the three wires coming out...

How would I go about putting these two together?

Hi,

Unfortunately this confuses a lot of people, even myself when I first wired one up. Your wiring harness you used should have three extra wires left over that were not used to go to an endcap. This is where your power cord wires up to. The 4-prong connector on the other side of the ballast is a port used for dimming. HTH

Thanks! Seems so obvious now lol...

But now i have another problem: with all the wires hooked up (according to diagram) the bulbs won't fire?

I put the bulbs in, turned 90 degrees (until the click) then tightened the endcaps (but not too tight).

Anything I'm missing?

Make sure all of your connections are pushed in very well. Also recheck that all of the wiring is going to the proper connection.
