Prazi-pro or general cure can be dosed in the water column. Hikari Metro+, or NFS Paracide-X can be used orally.

I have dosed my tank with API General Cure and it worked really well. Just depends on your tank size if its worth it or not. Cause one package is enough for like 50 gallons i think. So read the package and get the amount you need. Otherwise you would have to get the oral stuff and use that. If one fish has internal parasites then the others are vulnerable as well.

What kind of worms?

For gill flukes, use Prazipro.

For intestinal worms, use API General Cure or another Metronidazole-based medication.
