How to enrich food?

I was wondering when everyone says "I enriched my food with garlic," what garlic do you use and how exactly do you add it to your food? In specifics, I want to add it some live brine shrimp, for my newly acquired Dispar Anthias. Do I just put some brine in a bowl, then pour in some diced garlic in a jar? Is there a liquid or better alternative?

Also, for actually enriching the food with something benefical, what products are there? I think I remember something called Seaclone or Seacon (sp.?) Xtreeme? Would I do it the same way as the garlic? I'm just trying to get my bearing on this subject.:)

Selcon. You can either soak food in it or feed it to brine shrimp. The directions are on the bottle. Vita-Chem is another vitamin mixture I like to use.

I never fed garlic to brine. Do they like it?

Soak some food in a little bit of garlic extract.

For some reason fish go berserk over garlic... Kent makes a Garlic Liquid that you can use to soak your food in... Or you can just use the juice in a jar of chopped garlic... One of the benefits is that Ick and other parasites seem to not like to be in fish that eat garlic... I guess its kind of like mosquitos and us... It gets in their/our bloodstream and the parasites don't like the taste... :)
