How to feed coral cat shark?

I have one question How to feed Coral Cat shark?

use a feed stick, I think it would be the easiest to ensure the shark gets the food before tankmates can get it.

What do you guys use as a "feed stick" (I'm asking this for my lion not a shark)

pair of tongs, blunt skewer anything you can pick up or stab food with which is really sharp and can damage the fish

I usually get some thin dowels at the hardware store and put them in the pencil sharpener.
