How to feed the fish....

I have just bought some Ocean Nutrition Formula One frozen food.Theyre packaged in frozen cubes.I was wondering how you would recommend to feed it?Thaw it?Throw it in?Please i would love some ideas. :celeb2:

i put them in a small glass full of tank water and thaw them (which only takes a few minutes) then use a turkey baster to feed

A lot of people will tell you to rinse the prepackaged stuff with fresh water briefly before feeding in order to remove phosphates used as preservatives. I'm not sure how much it matters, but something to consider.

I used to feed this stuff but I came to the realization the the majority you are paying for is water. In any case, I would just let it thaw out and mash it around in the water. The fish would come right to my fingers. I now use the same brand in pellet form. You get like ten times the feed for the same price.
