how to lower CA and MG ?>

water changes.

D&D H2ocean comes with a very high cal and mag so water changes wont help. I used the same salt before I switched to RC. Your corals will consume it and eventually water changes will not be enough for your cal and mag replacement. I personally, would skip a water change.

Thanks I would try that

I think you are fine with the values where they are ie/ no worries
As other's have said, time will lower them as your corals grow start to uptake them more.
What size tank do you have? Can it handle to miss a water change until you get your perimeters were you want them?

I started this hobby using h2ocean and it took me over a year to get the calcium down to 420. Plus I had a lot of coral. The fresh salt mix has a calcium of about 600 from what I remember. More frequent water changes will only raise it

thats exactly what I have, it will take a while to balance it all out, I hate to say this but if you want to drop them faster just get more coral

i have been adding Seachem reef builder around 3 teaspoon per day to see whether i can bring up the KH in the attempt in bringing down the Mg and Ca. i will miss water change .

3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) will bring it up by .5 with your water volume. In my opinion, 7 dkh is a little low. bringing it up to 8 over 3-4 days will help a lot
