How to move a BTA out of shipping bag

I just recieved my BTA from reef2go and would like to know the proper way to remove her from the shipping bag. Right now she is attached to the bag and in the tank

Just gently massage the foot by pressing/moving your fingers on the outside of the bag where the foot is. Sort of gently pinch your fingers together to make a cup and massage the foot off the bag. It should let go fairly easily.

Ask her nicely she should go if not promise to take her out shopping. LOL no seriously i heard take an ice cube and massage her foot on the outside of the bag she should release.
