They are our part 6200.509, you can order them on Tunze.com. They may also be available locally, they are a 3M Bumpon and these are commonly used as feet on jewelry, cigar and music boxes, Woodcraft and other hobby stores tend to stock them. Last time I checked you could buy 72 of them at Woodcraft for about $12.
