How to pair Maroons

I'd like to have a pair of Maroon Clowns, but I've heard they are pretty agressive. How would one go about introducing 2 of them with out all hell breaking loose?

It's pretty simple really. I paired mine just a month or so ago. All you need is a large maroon and a small one. What I did is I had my large maroon that I had for a year and bought a small one that was a little smaller than half its size and put them together in a divided tank. That way they could see eachother and get used to eachother without the larger beating up on the small one. It gives the large one time to become a female and adjust to the small one. Here's some pictures of my split tank, I just put a flexiglass wall with wholes in it for circulation.

They paired pretty easy after that. I believe the key is the difference in sizes between them

thanks! How long did you leave the divider in? Were they fighting through the divider when the second one was put in there?
