I would like to post some pics with a question I have but I cant figure out how to post pictures if anyone can fill me in on the secret. Thanks

Will also require Photoshop or some alternative software to shrink down the size for the forum or an avitar and I DO mean shrink down small....I also can't post any pics but that is because my pics are huge usually 4 megs or larger using my digital camera & since my PC is home built I don't have Photo software to alter my pics, all i can do is send them via emails so im sol.

Hi, do you have one that you consider the best with a link i could check out, as ive never done this? I don't use a smart phone just a flip so its all on my PC if that matters. Guess im old school hard to keep up with all the technology these days as ive never needed to post online before over the decades just via email. Would be nice to be able to post pics tho for sure.

Ive tried that. It keeps saying that the upload failed. I'm guessing it's to large picture.

um.... yeah... too big...
There are many tools to reduce image size from paint to windows photo editor to gimp to online websites ,etc...
Most images should be just fine when taken down to like 600-800px wide..
I'm not sure the filesize limits are accurately stated on this websites upload section.. I think it said like 102kb max
My "manage attachments" section is all grayed out and has been that way for weeks now.
I dunno? Works, then doesn't, hopefully I am better at keeping a reef than posting pics here.
Was fine until a few weeks ago then "manage attachments" just disappeared.
Now "mange attachments" say "attach files" but when you click it nothing happens.
Says I can post attachments.....
Apparently, I am not allowed to post pics anymore I guess....
Oh well

2 minutes after I read your post the button "œmanage attachment" appears.
I've posted pics before so I know what I am looking for, and hours ago there was no buttons....

Using a computer? If so it could be as simple as..
-Right click on image in explorer or whatever.. select "open with" and select "paint"
-Press the "resize" button and select "pixels" and set horizontal to "800"..
-File save as jpg..
Start there.. see how that works for you..
TONS of other ways to accomplish the task using all sorts of image tools,etc.. but everyone on windows has paint.
Other ways..
Got an Amazon Prime account?
How about a Google Photos account?
Flickr?
Dropbox?
