How to remove anthelia

I have no problem removing it from glass, but I have it spreading like mad on the rocks. I have red about super glue, covering them, etc, but I am looking for any new ideas. I think I may cut them off at the stalks and then scrape what remains off the rocks. Any other ideas?

I just reach in and grab a handful and it comes off, runners and all.

OK. Same techniques I have used in the past. Mine really stick to the LR.

I was just using a small file or trim them with scissors.

OK. Thanks for the advice. I like the scissor idea. I have a lot of light in my tank, so the anthelia is more compact. This makes it harder to pull out manually. I will decrease the lighting schedule to see if they elongate.
