How to remove stubborn salt stains from reflector

The title says it all. Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢m trying to remove stubborn salt stains from a MH reflector that I just bought. The light fixture was used without a water guard for about 8 months, so the salt or residue of the evaporation is on the reflector of the system. It doesnââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t seem to be corroded but just some stubborn stains. Any advice on how to get it off? Regular water doesnââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t seem to work. Thanks for your time.

Try vinager. It works well for taking water stains and hard water stains off many things. I use it all the time for many things. If that does not work you may have to try something like CLR.

Thats all I got. I hope it helps.
