How to save my Anemone

I have a long tentacle anemone that has wedged himself in the rock work by my candy cane coral and it has not expanded in a couple of days now. Color still looks good by it use to expand every day in the morning and now it stays below the rock work. Any suggestions on how to get it out.

My bta has done this before when she was injured then come back out when she was feeling better.. I've also read they hid before splitting and stay hidden until healed... But honestly I say leave her unless she is nothing the coral... To move a rock flower I had I use a turkey Baxter and.blasted.water at her foot until she loosened enough for me to get her... I've read that people use showerhead as.well... But hopefully someone way more experienced can help out... Btw any pictures?

Try spot feeding it some fish or shrimp to see if it would open up for food. Keep an eye on the mouth if it's left open all the time it might be starving.

Thanks for the suggestions. She is so deep in the rock work I don't know if I could feed or see her mouth if I tried. I'll do something today it is a small anemone about the size of a quarter.

As long as she is NOT throwing out her inside and she reacts to you feeding her.. I would let her be. Give her some time. Have you checked your water parameters and temp. Usually they go into hiding if they can't adjust to extreme changes, which might also lead to them splitting... in hopes that if one dies.. the other might make it. Hope this helps.

Any input is helpful as this is the first anemone I have ever owned. It's very colorful and I would like it to survive and grow.
